The Resurrection Tour

On Saturday 31st March, the awe-inspiring behemoth was resurrected in the far west of Cornwall, where he was last seen during his 2016 tour at Geevor Tin Mine before blazing a trail right across the UK to other iconic industrial heritage sites. This year he will be visiting key Cornish mining locations (Geevor Tin Mine and Heartlands) and Royal Cornwall Showground before heading up to the gateway of the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site, Tavistock then travelling on up to Radstock in Somerset, South Wales, Shropshire and Yorkshire. Perfect Events Group supported the events at:

31/03/18                 Geevor Tin Mine, Cornwall

01/04/18                Heartlands, Cornwall

02/04/18                Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge, Cornwall

03/04/18                Tavistock, Devon

06/04/18                Radstock, Somerset

These events were perimeter-fenced and fully ticketed.  They comprised of the AFTERNOONER a family event and the AFTERDARKER extravaganza for braver souls, with the Man Engine transforming to an industrial sound track, from Cornish composer Jim Carey and pyrotechnic effects depicting not just mining, but also smelting, casting and forge-work – the entire industrial revolution in a white-hot, explosive celebration.
